Gavin Hardkiss is one of the founders of Hardkiss Music, the groundbreaking record label that set an agenda in the early '90's for American dance music by introducing the sounds of God Within, Hawke, Little Wing and Rabbit-in-the-Moon.

Gavin composes electronic soundtracks and dance music under the guise of Hawke. The debut Hawke album "Namaquadisco", was critically acclaimed by mainstream media as well as the underground press. Muzik Magazine called it "the most beautifully fucked-up head trip you're going to hear all year."

Hawke was also featured on the classic Hardkiss album "Delusions of Grandeur".
